1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MorphD, operated by Xanaige Software Developers, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. Use of MorphD without acceptance of these terms constitutes unauthorized use.

2. Intellectual Property & CC0

MorphD operates under the CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication. By using this service, you agree to forfeit all intellectual property rights claims, worldwide, to the prompts and images created.

Commercial Use: You are free to use images generated via MorphD for any purpose, including commercial projects, without attribution.
    

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use MorphD to generate:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (reported immediately to NCMEC).
Pornographic or explicit sexual content.
Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
Verifiably false information intended to harm or defame others.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Xanaige Software Developers does not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Xanaige Software Developers provides MorphD "as-is" and makes no warranties regarding the content generated. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the service.
